Shipping Policy – Finesse Pijamas

1. Delivery Zones and Shipping Options

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and European Union countries.

1.1 United Kingdom

  • Standard UK Delivery (Royal Mail or equivalent): 7–12 business days

  • Express UK Delivery: 2–9 business days — £5.99
    All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

1.2 European Union Countries

(Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden)

  • Standard EU Delivery: 10–16 business days – Free

  • Express EU Delivery: 2–11 business days – £5.99
    Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

2. Tracking

All shipments include a tracking number, which will be sent to your registered email once the order is dispatched. You will receive instructions on how to track your parcel online through our shipping provider’s portal.

Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving the tracking number for updates to appear.


3. Delivery Guarantee

We guarantee the delivery of all orders. In case your parcel is lost or undelivered within 70 business days from the shipping date, we will provide a full refund of the product value.


4. Delivery Issues and Responsibilities

4.1 Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase.
Finesse Pijamas is not responsible for packages undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a parcel is returned to us, a reshipping fee of £10.00 (UK) or £15.00 (EU) will apply.

4.2 Recipient Not Available

If no one is available to receive the package at the delivery address, the carrier will usually attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at the nearest postal facility. It is the customer’s responsibility to collect the parcel within the indicated timeframe. Unclaimed parcels may be returned to the sender. A reshipping fee will be required in such cases.

4.3 Customs and Import Duties (EU only)

Although most EU deliveries are covered under the IOSS scheme, in rare cases, import VAT or customs clearance fees may be charged by local authorities. Any additional costs related to local customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • High seasonal demand

  • Carrier issues

  • Customs processing

  • Force majeure events (strikes, weather disruptions, etc.)

In such cases, we will actively communicate with you regarding the status of your order.
